For the prime banner location adjacent to the site logo button for the placement of your static 468px by 60px banner.
The banner will be placed on the site template for automatic inclusion on all pages (like this banner does).
This banner will link to a website URL of your choice and can be changed as required periodically.
The quotation is based on 0.01 GBP (one penny) or 0.65 THB (zero point six five Thai Baht) per number of site visits, irrespective of the number of page impressions for that visit, for the contract period of 12 months from an agreed date.
It is expected that during the next 12 months there will be a minimum of 2,500 site visits per calendar month (SVPCM) over this period, based on current website statistics to be supplied.
January 2008 - 4500 site visits / February 2008 - 4596 site visits / March 2008 -
Initial payment will be a non refundable deposit of 300 GBP (£300.00p) or 19,500 THB for the above mentioned 12 month period for the first 2,500 SVPCM for each month.
The monthly balance is likely to be in excess of this figure and SVPCM will be logged and invoiced periodically during the contract period to a maximum excess of 2.500 SVPCM - ie you will be invoiced for up to 25.00 GBP (£25.00p) or 1,625 THB PCM.
Your total cost for the first 12 months will never go over a total of 600 GBP (£600,00) or 39,000 THB no matter what happens,
This will be based upon on the actual SVPCM to be shown on our website statistics. Supporting documentation will be supplied with each invoice.
As the initial advertiser you will be given first priority to renew the contract in future year periods at the same fixed rate per site visit but with unlimited SVPCM for a further 4 years should you require it. Thereafter JeGraNet.com reserves the right to review the charges.
This proposal will remain current un till 01 January 2009
