To celebrate the success of the growing of sunflowers in the dry season in Lop Buri province - the Dramatic Art College of Lop Buri has created a new dance - 'The Sunflower Dance'.
The Sunflower Dance is a slow, elegant dance. The dancers costumes are designed to imitate the sunflower itself - A bright yellow sleeveless top with yellow wraps that flow from the shoulders.

The skirt is based on the traditional 'Phanung', wrap
over skirt with a gold and green, sunflower seed, pattern on a dark
green background. An ornamental sunflower is worn in the dancer's hair.
