From the club house, panoramic sea views give the course a 'links' atmosphere. The large, variation in elevation allows many sweeping holes. The 18th is a classical finishing hole played from an elevated tee and commanding a tee shot of 200 yards carry to reach the fairway. Accommodation is available nearby. Imperial Lake View Golf Club, Cha-Am25 minutes north up the Highway 4 coast road from central Hua Hin. A very imaginative and challenging 27 holes of golf by Roger Packard. With rolling mounds, large greens, lakes and palms. 18 holes 6915 yards. Par 72 plus new 9 holes. Hotel, pro shop and putting green.
The Majestic Creek Country ClubAt the Majestic Creek Country Club, Thailand's foremost golf architect Dr Sukitti Klangvisai has produced a 7,123 yard layout that needs to be played with both imagination and skill. A maze of streams wind around the six year old course, which slowly trickles down from the surrounding mountains. Milford Golf ClubThe 18 hole international golf course landscaped by American renowned expert Robert McFarland is the only golf course in the country that faces to the ocean and is surrounded by rolling hills. Palm Hills Golf Course and Country Club, Cha-AmJust 8km from Hua Hin this is a definite links course, right on the seaside. A most pleasant course by Max Waxler with good use of rocks and shrubs to decorate holes that mostly follow the natural terrain spilling down from wooded hills behind. 18 holes 6373 yards. Par 72. Pro shop, drivi8ng range and a putting green.
