Thai street restaurants offer some of the best value authentic Thai
food available in Thailand - It's fresh and tasty and wouldn't survive
if it wasn't! You will see quite wealthy people dropping in to these
places for that local delicacy or favourite snack, soup or meal. Leaving
their chauffeur waiting with the engine running! 
There
are some of the internationally recognised fast food chains operating
franchises in Bangkok and many provincial capital cities and towns.
The prices are generally higher than the local street and bistro food
but cheaper by far than the UK and Europe.
