Whenever you know, just know."Qatar Airlines Flight to ThailandThe Qatar Airways flight to Thailand via Doha (2007) We flew out to Thailand on a Qatar Airways Airbus 330 / A330 in economy class, departing from Manchester Airport's Terminal 2, with a short stopover in Doha, Qatar in the Persian Gulf. This was our first experience with this particular Middle East airline and we had heard and read some really great flight reports and reviews for Qatar Airways.
The high level of flight security managed by the airport authority was carried out on behalf of Qatar Airways by courteous staff with true professionalism and measured speed and diligence. The Qatar Airways A330 Airbus aircraft was well turned out together with the good humoured, truly multi-national cabin crew. The in-flight entertainment system and catering was as good as any we have ever had on a long haul flight. The first leg of the flight to Thailand was a six and a half hour journey in to Doha with a second leg of a similar duration. With the stop-over the total Qatar Airways flight to Thailand was about fifteen hours. We were quite jet-lagged when we got to our hotel in Bangkok and would in future probably consider a stopover in the Qatar Airways hub of Doha for a couple of days or so to alleviate the symptoms.

Qatar Airways' immaculate ticket and information desk at Manchester Airport Terminal 2 set the standard for the rest of the journey with this award winning
carrier. The 'e' ticketing system worked well and we were through the actual check-in a matter of moments once it had opened for business.
